The CMA will take up to 40 working days to decide whether to escalate the investigation into a more detailed “Phase 2” review. This scrutiny reflects broader regulatory concerns over Big Tech’s growing influence in the AI industry, with similar investigations already targeting companies like Google and Microsoft for their stakes in AI startups.

This robot, designed for tasks in industrial settings, leverages a combination of OpenAI’s AI models and NVIDIA’s computing technology to perform fully autonomous operations. Equipped with six cameras and vision-language modeling (VLM) systems, the Figure 02 can interpret visual data and engage in contextual dialogue, making it highly adaptable to complex environments like factories.

The Figure 02 also features significant hardware improvements, including a more powerful 2.25 kWh battery that extends its operational time by 50%, as well as enhanced computational capabilities through dual NVIDIA RTX GPUs. These upgrades allow the robot to self-correct and learn from its mistakes, marking a significant step forward in the development of humanoid robots capable of taking on sophisticated roles in manufacturing and beyond.

Creators can access this feature through YouTube Studio, where they simply enter a broad idea, and the Gemini AI provides suggestions for content outlines, titles, and visual elements. This tool is currently in a limited testing phase, with YouTube planning a broader rollout depending on user feedback.
